History
• Born to a lesser noble family in the Holy See of Ishgard. Neither the first nor the last son, his birth wasn’t very significant for his family’s standing. Early in life, it was clear he was both reckless and quick to anger, lashing out and getting into fights with other children, as well as his older brothers.• Like most citizens in Ishgard, he joined the military at an early age to defend his homeland against the Draconic Hoard. He struggled in the rigid environment of the Temple Knights, notorious for getting into altercations with other knights, but strict military life forced him to learn to comply and manage his temper into more advantageous uses.
Much of his adult life was spent in service to Ishgard and The Orthodox Church, slaying dragons and suspected heretics as well as defending the city. He eventually rose to the illustrious, yet perilous, ranks of Ishgard’s illustrious dragoons, fighting frontline against the Horde until a devastating mistake threw him off the back of a dragon, ending that part of his career.• When the Heavensward took control of the Temple Knights and sided against Ser Aymeric, he remained loyal to the Lord Commander and fought for the reform of Ishgard and justice for his people.• Since the end of the Dragonsong war, he’s been working as a battle retainer, bodyguard for nobles and keeping up his Ishgardian Knight duties with the reformation of the Church and Eorzean Alliance. Much of his service has gone to the Nor family and a young Viscountess by the name of Miakis.
